We ask you your company information to provide better customer service.

You will  need to set up an account with us. Prices are only available to registered customers. Please fill out the registration form or send us an email.

Our Customer Care team will be in touch within 1-2 business days. 

We hold inventory for all of the frames featured on our website. When you decide on what frames you want to order, add the frames you like to your shopping cart and send an email to info@ankaeyewear.com to place your order.

We accept cheque, direct deposit (EFT) and e-transfer. Cheques are payable to  Anka Eyewear. Our e-transfer email account is info@ankaeyewear.com. Please contact us if your company does direct deposit and we will provide our bank information.

Most of our customers are wholesalers, distributors and retail optical chain s; therefore our inventory level changes significantly. To ensure that we provide excellent service to every order you place, please email info@ankaeyewear.com once you have done your selection and we will help finalize your order.

A deposit of 50% is required for all orders before they will be processed. The remaining 50% will need to be paid when your order is ready to ship. 

The prices on our website are for orders between 200-300 pairs. Discounts are available for large orders. Please contact us.

We can personalize any frame that you order from us. This service is provided for free on orders of more than 2,000 pairs and costs around $0.25 per pair for orders of less than 2,000 frames.

Yes, we can. For custom orders, there will be minimum order requirement. Please contact a member of our sales team if you are interested in making a custom order. 

Just type the model number in the search box if you know the model number. All available colors are listed on the product page. 

Shipping times vary based on the size of the order. Smaller orders are shipped within 3 business days of us receiving the deposit, while larger orders can take as long as 3-4 weeks to ship.

All of our frames come with a comprehensive one year warranty covering all manufacturing defects.
