Payment & shipping
We accept cheques, direct deposits (EFT) and e-transfers. Please make all cheques payable to Anka Eyewear. Our email is info@ankaeyewear.com. We use this email for e-transfers. If your company decides to do direct deposit, we can give you our banking information. It is important that you pay your deposit as soon as you place an order with us.
Shipping- Orders filled from our Canadian office are usually shipped through UPS, Purolator, DHL & Canada post. Orders will be ready within 3 business days after we receive the deposit. You can expect your package within 2-3 business days depending on location.
Large orders filled from our Chinese office are usually shipped by airmail or sea shipment. We pay for transportation of the frames to the port of shipment and the cost of loading.
If your company is located in Vancouver, we provide free clearance service for your orders. For companies located outside of Vancouver BC, you will need to clear your shipment by yourself or use your own custom brokerage agency. We can always help you if you would like to do custom clearance by yourself. It takes about 1-1.5 months to receive the shipment once the shipment leaves a port in China.
